Unable to Send Emails from MS Outlook?

The outlook is a great emailing platform that is used by tons of people from different regions. You can even work offline on this amazing platform but that doesn't make it flawless. In today's blog, we will be talking about the most talked-about problem that is, "how do I fix Outlook not sending email”?  issue.

Steps to Fix When I Cannot Send Emails from Outlook

Check the Port Number –You will need to contact your internet service provider to make sure that you are using an outgoing mail server as many internet service providers block port 25 which is used for the outgoing mail server and if it gets blocked, then you won't be able to send any emails.

Check the Sending Limit- In case you have exceeded the number of emails that the platform allows you to send in a day, you will not be able to send emails. This is also one of the reasons why Outlook is not receiving any emails.

Check for Attachments-Outlook lets its users attach files along with the email but the files must be smaller than 10 MB or else the user can't send it. In case the file you attached exceeds the 10 MB limit, then you will not be able to send any emails. You can try sending that attachment by splitting it into smaller parts.

Fix Error Codes- These are quite normal and appear quite often on the screen. If you come across one such error, all you need to do is to search for it on Google and then use the solution given on the internet to fix this code error. These error codes minimally affect the email sending option in Outlook.

These are some of the general steps that you can use to fix Outlook errors.
